Cancellation Policy

Cancellations for more than 6 people:
For a full refund, cancellations must be made no later than 7 weeks before arrival.
Up to 6 weeks before arrival: The group must pay 50% of the total price.
Up to 2 weeks before arrival: The group must pay 75% of the total price.
There is no refund if the cancellation has been made less than two weeks before arrival.
If the group does not cancel and does not show up, the reservation must be paid in full.
In case of illness, the stay is paid by the guest. Potential claims must be directed to your travel insurance company, as we cannot be held responsible

Dinner reservations and food

Cancellations for up to 6 people:
For a full refund, cancellations must be made no later than 14 days before arrival.
There is no refund if the cancellation has been made less than two weeks before arrival.

Cancellations for more than 6 people:
Cancellations must be made no later than 3 weeks before arrival.
